Each investment summary on AltX shows specific values relating to the loan.

Total Loan Amount – The value of the underlying loan with the borrower. In some instances the total loan amount represents an amount that may be syndicated with other lenders.

Available for Investment – The value of the total loan being made available to investors. The amount available will decrease as management allocates investments to investors.

In certain instances, we received significant interest and loans become heavily subscribed. We endeavour to provide full allocations for all investment requests. Based on transaction demand, investor allocations may be reduced or rejected in an event of over subscription.

The minimum investment for all loans is AUD$50,000.
