This includes the following:

– ABN / ACN

– Nomination of the type of Trust, either SMSF or General Trust

– Registered Office Address & Operating Address

– Trustee Information (Individual or Corporate)

– Directors Information (If a Corporate Trustee)

– Bank Account Information

– Wholesale Investor Certificate (Accountants Certificate)
